About Us
In an effort to better serve our clients and influence the success of their projects, we started Principal Paving Contractors, Ltd. to bring the same high quality and fast paced drive to the paving phase of development projects. We did so but gathering a team of highly respected individuals with the same conviction to delivering results and hit the ground running in 2018. Since then we have constructed over $125 million in paving facilities throughout the Greater Houston Area.
